    If the equipment parts are defective due to material defects or electronic failures within 1 year, Inna Machinery will provide free accessories and door-to-door repair services. If the equipment fails due to improper on-site operation and incorrect maintenance, the accessories and door-to-door repair fees will be borne by the user.

    If the equipment has a fault alarm or abnormal sound during operation, you should immediately stop the machine to eliminate the problem, or call the after-sales service number 021-39780186. We will respond within 2 hours and arrive within 600KM of Shanghai on the same day.

  • Shipping Returns

    Once a warranty claim is determined to be valid and a replacement part is required, the replacement part will be shipped to you. The shipment of the replacement part will include any shipping labels and documentation required to return the original part, including a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number.
