1.Door Panel
The door panel is filled with polyurethane industrial insulation material. Both sides are coated with color-coated steel plates. The coating treatment, from top to bottom, includes polyester coating, primer, passivation layer, and galvanized layer. The panel features an orange peel embossing, and reinforcing ribs are pressed on both sides of the panel to enhance its strength. The space between the two steel sheets is filled with rigid polyurethane foam with a density of approximately 40 kg/m³ and a thermal conductivity coefficient of less than 1.7 W/m·K. Continuous steel strips are installed at the hinge positions to ensure a firm hinge installation. For door panels above 5 meters, a reinforcing rib is added to the inner side of each panel to ensure wind resistance of up to level 12. A tri-extruded EPDM rubber seal with a built-in safety airbag is installed at the bottom of sectional door panels.
2.Hardware Accessories
The door panel connecting hinges are made of hot-dip galvanized cold-rolled steel sheet, with a material thickness of δ=2.5mm. The tracks are made of δ=2mm hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, and are specially designed as 2-inch industrial door tracks. The track cross-section is shaped to prevent the rollers from disengaging, ensuring smooth movement of the rollers within the track. The track guard is also made of δ=2mm hot-dip galvanized steel sheet and has slots for the side door seals and mounting holes for connecting to the track. The rollers are 72mm in diameter, made of wear-resistant material, and include ball bearings for smooth and silent operation. Other hardware components are made of hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, with precise dimensions and good interchangeability.
3.Balance System
The industrial sliding up door uses a torsion spring balance system, with the torsion springs designed and manufactured based on the door's weight and load calculations to achieve optimal balance. The torsion springs are made from 60si2Mn imported spring steel, ensuring a lifespan of over 250,000 cycles. The balance shaft is a solid Φ25.4 steel shaft. A torsion spring rupture protection device is installed on the balance shaft to prevent the door from falling in the event of a spring breakage. The lifting pulley is made of aluminum, and the steel cables have a safety factor of more than 5 times the weight of the door. The door is also equipped with anti-breakage protection for the steel cables, ensuring safe operation.
4.Safety Protection Devices
The door is equipped with a safety airbag at the bottom. If an obstruction is encountered during the closing process, the door will automatically reverse to the fully open position. The two ends of the door bottom are equipped with blade-type wire rope rupture protectors. If the lifting wire rope breaks and the door's movement speed increases, this device will engage with the track to prevent the door from falling. The motor is equipped with a disengaging clutch mechanism, allowing for manual operation of the door when switched to manual mode. In the event of a power failure, an emergency access small door is provided for safe passage.
5.Sealing
Tri-extruded EPDM rubber seals are installed at the top and both sides of the door opening. A tri-extruded EPDM rubber safety airbag and sealing wings are installed at the bottom of the door to ensure a good seal between the door and the building.

◆ Drive Principle: A special motor drives the drum's central shaft to open and close the curtain. When the motor reaches the preset upper and lower limits, it will automatically stop.
