● Curtain Material: PVC curtain fabric, with a mesh reinforcement of high-strength fiber-coated PVC fabric, 0.8mm thickness. Made with a polyester mesh belt coated with high-strength polyethylene and reinforced with streamlined fiberglass, offering high abrasion resistance.

● Sealing Performance: The side seal adopts a fold-up lifting method, using gravity to pull the curtain to one side. Both sides of the track are equipped with brushes to ensure a tight seal between the curtain and the brushes. The bottom seal uses high-quality galvanized steel plates, which are mechanically bent into shape in a single process, making it economical, environmentally friendly, and durable.

● Pillars: Made of galvanized sheet metal, bent into shape. The design is more refined, offering high strength and good safety.

● Window: Made of PVC material, with a thickness of 1.2mm. It has good light transmittance, allowing pedestrians and vehicles to observe and pass through easily.

● Infrared Protection: If there is an obstruction under the fast door, the door will remain open. During the descent of the door, if an object passes through, the door will rise to the open position, then descend after the obstruction is cleared.

● Wind Resistance: Equipped with aluminum alloy or galvanized steel wind-resistant ribs.

● Control System: Servo motor and servo control system.

● Emergency Opening: In case of power failure or malfunction, the door can be opened with an ordinary wrench as an emergency measure.

Equipped with a standard servo motor and control system, allowing the door to quickly respond to various signals and commands, ensuring smoother operation.

2.Wind Resistance and Durability
Suitable for large opening sizes, the door uses aluminum alloy wind-resistant ribs. When the door width exceeds 6m, galvanized steel wind-resistant ribs are used. The PVC curtain fabric, 0.8mm thick, is reinforced with a polyester mesh belt coated with high-strength polyethylene and streamlined fiberglass for high abrasion resistance. Transparent windows can be added to the curtain upon customer request.

3.Sealing and Soundproofing
The door frame features a double-row brush seal, which tightly connects with the door body to form a sealed space, improving dustproof performance.

4.Smart and Convenient
The door can be controlled remotely via a mobile app, face recognition, radar sensing, ground magnetic sensing, remote control, Bluetooth RF, pull cord switch, interlocking, and other smart opening/closing options. Various styles, colors, and sizes can be customized.

The PVC curtain color can be selected based on the application environment.
