1. Hydraulic Height Adjustment Plate: Utilizes the DL-H series hydraulic height adjustment plate.

2. Hydraulic System: The operation of the platform and extension plate is powered by a BUCHER Swiss-made full hydraulic system with an emergency stop function, controlled electrically. The system uses Japanese NOK sealing components and an inverted single-cylinder design.

3. Safety Features: Equipped with reliable hydraulic control speed safety valves and a fall-arrest valve. The fall-arrest valve automatically stops after the platform has descended 75mm when the vehicle suddenly drives away, preventing safety accidents.

4. Platform Construction: The platform surface and front lip plate are made from high-strength, anti-slip steel plates. The platform is constructed using high-quality Baosteel custom-made steel plates, with 8mm and 16mm thicknesses.

5. Support Structure: The inclined frame is made from 8 to 10 pieces of 145454 "C" shaped steel, providing twice the supporting capacity compared to traditional channel steel, making it more sturdy and durable.

6. Lip Plate: The lip plate (400mm in length, with a 16mm thick steel plate) features an anti-slip function. It uses the self-weight of the durable lifting adjustment plate, and with electric button control, it allows for simple, fast, and reliable operation.

7. Full Working Range Foot Guard: Ensures the safety of operators' feet during operation. The tail section features a unique patented smooth transition design between the platform, dock, and lip plate, effectively preventing damage from forklifts, platforms, and bumpy movements during use.

8. Safety Support System: Features an umbrella-shaped maintenance support rod to safely support the adjustment plate during equipment maintenance and repairs, preventing side impacts and detachment.

9. Easy-to-Clean Bottom Structure: Designed for easy cleaning.

10. Accessories: Comes with a pair of 4" (100mm) anti-collision rubber bumpers and 1 button control unit.
