A new type of rapid door that features fast opening and closing with a partition function, and has an aesthetically pleasing appearance. The key feature of this product is the use of an aluminum alloy track, which undergoes anodized treatment, ensuring it is both visually attractive and rust-resistant. The bottom of the door is equipped with a EPDM sealing strip and can be optionally fitted with a safety airbag. The door will rebound when encountering an obstruction, enhancing safety. The motor and control system use advanced servo technology, ensuring a low failure rate and longer service life.
● Opening/Closing Speed: 0.6m/s ~ 1.2m/s (dependent on door size), adjustable.
● Curtain Material: PVC fabric with an inner mesh of high-strength fibers, coated with PVC. The thickness is 0.9mm, made of high-strength polyester webbing coated with polyethylene and reinforced with streamlined fiberglass. It has a high wear resistance coefficient.
● Sealing Performance: The track uses a rubber sealing strip structure, providing better insect and dust protection. The bottom aluminum alloy beam is combined with an EPDM sealing strip for enhanced sealing at the bottom.
● Pillars: Made of high-strength aluminum alloy track with an anodized surface, offering excellent corrosion resistance, durability, and aesthetic appeal.
● Window: Made from PVC material, with a thickness of 1.2mm. One row of transparent windows is positioned 1.2m to 1.8m from the ground, offering good light transmission, making it easy for pedestrians and vehicles to see and pass through.
● Infrared Protection: The door stays open when there is an obstacle below. If an object passes while the door is descending, the door will reverse to the open position and will only descend again once the obstruction is cleared.
● Safety Airbag: If the door encounters an object while descending and touches the airbag, it will quickly open to a safe height to prevent accidents.
● Wind-resistant Ribs: Made from high-strength aluminum alloy, the segmented aluminum ribs enhance wind resistance and allow for easy replacement or updating of the curtain fabric.
● Control System: Features a servo motor and a servo control system for smooth operation and reliability.
● Emergency Manual Operation: The door is equipped with an emergency manual opening device (manual hand crank) that allows easy door opening in case of power failure or emergencies.
